Establishes nondiscrimination and affirmative action obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors with respect to employment of qualified individuals with disabilities.
- Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, As Amended
Establishes nondiscrimination and affirmative action obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors with respect to employment of qualified special disabled veterans, veterans of the Vietnam era, recently separated veterans, and veterans who served on active duty during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized.
