STANDING ORDER 100.5 Duties of the Vice Presidents

(a)
The Executive Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents shall perform such duties of the President of the University as the President shall designate. In the event of the unavailability or inability of the President to act, Executive Vice Presidents shall have and exercise all the duties and powers of the President, other than service as a Regent, in such order and to such extent as the President shall designate.

(b)
Other Vice Presidents shall advise and assist the President of the University in connection with those functions of the administration of the University assigned to them by the President.
